Nigerian veteran actor Chiwetalu Agu has boldly declared himself the most handsome man in all of Africa, taking us back memory lane with a photo.

On his Instagram page, the veteran actor shared a throwback photo exuding his youthful days as he made this bold claim, stating that there’s no room for debate on the matter.

With this captivating display of self-assurance, Chiwetalu Agu has captured the attention and admiration of his fans.

The actor won the 2012 Nollywood Award for ‘Best actor in indigenous movies. His usage of specific language slang, phrases or clichés in many films has made him uniquely a household name in Nigeria and among Nollywood fans in general.

Chiwetalu Agu is listed as one of the outstanding comedians who have contributed to the development of Nollywood comic genres.

Before the inception of Nollywood, television soap opera was the order of the day, and he was featured on Nigerian Television Authority Channel 8 Enugu’s Ikoro, produced by Joe Onyekwelu. He was also featured on ETV Channel 50, now ESBS, and in soap operas like Baby Come Now and Ripples (in Lagos), produced by Chico Ejiro’s brother, Zeb.

The actor was the winner of the first ever Nollywood Movie Awards in 2012 for being ‘the best actor in an Indigenous movie: non-English speaking language’ for his role in Nkwocha.
