The physically challenged hawker who was exposed as a man earlier after being helped with a sum of four hundred thousand Naira has opened up on the reason behind his feminine disguise.
TopSoctieyng earlier reported that the bottled water seller identified as Eniola became an internet sensation after popular skitmaker Brain Jotter spotted her hawking bottled in Lagos traffic to survive.
Eniola in the viral video claimed to be a make-up artist and wanted to have her own make-up business, but was unable because of lack of funds.
Brain Jotter had immediately transferred the sum of N400,000 to Eniola to set up her makeup business after an emotional chat with her.
He also shared Eniola ‘inspiring’ story on his social media pages, encouraging people like the hawker to continue to work hard and not give up.
However, in a twist of event, Brian Jotter via his Instagram story made a shocking revelation on Wednesday after blogger Gistlover allegedly uncovered Eniola’s identity.
According to the faceless blogger, the boy whose real name is Sultan, disguises himself as a woman to deceive and scam people, pretending to be in need of financial assistance.
Reacting to the blogger’s report, the skit maker reposted a photo of the supposed before and after transformation look of Eniola, saying that the girl lied about her identity.
Speaking about the development, Eniola on Thursday in an Instagram live video affirmed that he was indeed man and only had to disguised as a female so as to recieve help from the public.
He said, when he was suffering and hustling as a man, no one bother to extend an assisting hands to him.
Speaking in Yoruba, Eniola said;
“I am a man, I am a man. Since i was suffering and hustling no one offered to help me. I disquised as a woman so as to recieve help that wasn’t given to me when i am a man.”Eniola’s confession sparked mixed reactions amongst Nigerians on social media.
