Jasmine, the adopted daughter of ailing comic Nollywood actor, John Okafor better known as Mr Ibu has vowed to remain silent on the allegations levelled against her until the actor is back on his feet again.
The actor’s daughter made this known on Thursday with a video of the actor in hospital, which detailed how she has been taking care of him since the amputation.
Captioning the video shared on her Instagram page, Jasmine pointed out that nothing matters as long as her father is getting better.
She wrote,
“As long as you are getting better, nothing else matters. I remain silent until you are back to (sic) your feet again! Cheers.”

Mr Ibu’s family has been in the public eye after the actor solicited for help on his official page following his battle with a ‘strange and dangerous’ illness which led to the amputation of one of his legs.
Following his public plea, Nigerians and well wishers rallied around for the ailing actor.
However, trouble started after the wife of the actor, Stella Maris publicly called out his adopted daughter, Jasmine, accusing her of denying her the access to the funds donated for Mr Ibu’s surgery.
She further claimed Jazmine and her stepson Daniel secretly got married and are planning to relocate abroad.
Stella made the allegations while responding to self-acclaimed activist Verydarkman’s allegations that she accused Jasmine of highjacking money meant for Ibu’s surgery because she wanted to buy a brand-new iPhone, a car and undergo butt enlargement.
