Guests and staff of a popular hotel (name withheld) located at the 4th Avenue of Gwarinpa Estate in Abuja on Friday night were attacked by unknown gunmen.
According to Nigerian doctor, DrUmaru_AJ, who treated some of the victims, via the microblogging platform, X formerly Twitter, every visitor at the hotel was robbed and stabbed.

Speaking about the incident, De Umaru shared photos of some of the bloodied victims with the caption: “Sadly, Abuja is not safe anymore
“A particular Hotel in 1st Avenue Gwarimpa Abuja was attacked last night.
“Every visitor at that hotel was robbed, stabbed, and severely injured.
“This particular patient came into Abuja for his visa interview fortunately survived and is currently battling for his life in A&E unit.”
He further added that one of the patient was moved from FRSC Medical Center Hospital to his clinic for treatment.
“The very patient was moved from FRSC hospital Gwarimpa to ours so I’m very sure the security operatives are on it,”he added.
Top Society gathered that operatives from the Nigeria Police Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID)are currently investigating the incident.
