How Far Can You Go With Your Vision?

Distance is what describes the longevity of a journey from the other. Vision, on the other hand, is the definition of how someone loves their future to be. It is, in other words, described as destiny. Is vision a journey? Yes! A vision is the journey of anyone envisaging the image or the picture of the future. Vision will, therefore take you on a journey that leads you to your destiny.

The length at which you go on the journey is what decides whether you will eventually manifest your destiny. The manifestation is what others describe as glory. Others see it as beauty, while some see it as greatness. I can keep saying more synonyms of destiny, but the certain thing is that it’s the vision that is the vehicle to Destiny; and the vehicle that leads you in the journey.

The journey is longer than some people think; neither is the road path as smooth as with the man with the vision believes, but what is certain is your vision is encrafted in you and only for you. Many people have different visions, but your vision is a copycat of yourself, and you are the only person who can fulfil it. This is what is referred to as fulfilment or success in destiny: manifesting your vision. Helping another person achieve their vision might look great, but the courage to achieve your destiny is still not there. In another man’s vision, your vision could be birth, and if you eventually fulfil that your vision, you are worth celebrating, not for achieving another man’s vision but for the fact that you’re an achiever. What baffles me here is a man who lacks their vision quickly gets buried in another man’s or woman’s vision. They transact their vision so cheaply for another person because they believe visions are visions and the Lords of their vision could also be the Lord of another man’s vision.

That’s why you hear leaders such as Dr Myles Munroe (of blessed memory), Mike Murdock, John C. Maxwell, and Stephen R Covey say, “Some leaders are living as RIP in another man’s vision.” Ultimately,  they are breathing, but the sight of their vision of their destiny is already lost. They are working hard, but there is no proof of fulfilment.  Oh! My goodness,  this person is no longer living but just existing, though they are still breathing. Now let me ask again: How far can you go with your vision? When you know your vision, you can tell the whole world that this vision belongs to me. Even though some great men and women had already brought out a similar vision, that tiny thing separating your vision from theirs would be so glaring. You can stand tall to defend your vision no matter how young you seem to be.

1871 through 1894, one of these years that America was still in the transformational era of building,  The United States of America that heralded after the Civil War that ended in 1869, John D. Rockefeller had a great vision to distribute kerosene to every home in America them, it was also similar to the vision of the Commodore, Cornelius Vanderbilt whose vision was to build the largest rail roads in America.  Cornelius was already a millionaire at this time and achi8his bright vision.  Rockefeller, however,  was struggling with the fulfilment of his vision, seeing a similar opportunity to expand his vision through another man’s vision.  Cornelius Vanderbilt invited Rockefeller for a business meeting for them to discuss how Rockefeller could distribute his oil to every house in the United States through the rail roads built by the Comodore.

It was a fascinating opportunity, but Rockefeller saw through the deal and offered hints that the destiny of his vision might soon be lost in Vanderbit’s personal vision.  He objected to what offered to set up a better plan to achieve his own vision.  It was not for fight though, but that no vision would be buried in the palace of another man’s vision.  He manifested his vision, and so did Vanderbilt. Rockefeller was strong enough not to opt for huge money at the detriment of his vision.  It may look very controversial,  but knowing your vision is the strength that can transport you far in the journey to your destiny.  It is also a garment of speed to this journey.  Why this? There are visions flying about in this same path if you don’t know and can’t identify nor defend your vision, you can be so friend to take another man’s for your own vision and still be asking God’s help over another man’s vision.  Get to know your vision today and be ready to take ownership of it. Wish you the best!
