Toby Forge, Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season nine evicted housemate on Monday was in shock after discovering that his romantic interest in the house, Kassia, is married to her partner, Kellyrae.
During an interview with BBNaija host Ebuka, shared on the show’s official X account, Toby and his partner, Mayor, expressed shock at learning the truth.

Toby, who had been considering pursuing a relationship with Kassia if she was “still single,” was surprised when Ebuka revealed, “They are actually married.”
The news left Toby speechless as he paused to process the information before turning to his partner, saying, “Shebi I told you, I am not stupid na.”
Mayor, equally shocked, exclaimed, “What? Like a couple? Everybody in that house is lying!”
Ebuka further revealed that Kassia and Kellyrae had been dating for 10 years before tying the knot.

Unable to hide his disbelief, Toby said, “Ha! Shit! Ha! I was suspecting—I was really drilling and asking her those questions.”
Trying to console Toby, Mayor added, “I know you are hurt, I know.”
Throughout his time in the house, Toby persistently tried to start a romantic relationship with Kassia, who continually rejected his advances.
Unbeknownst to him, Kassia and Kellyrae, known as the Doublekay pair, entered the house under the guise of being best friends.
