Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has asked her friends and fans to pray for her family, following the death of her mother.
It would be recalled that the national president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Emeka Rollas first announced Kate’s mother’s passing in an Instagram post on Saturday.
“Sad Day for Actors Guild of Nigeria. Kate Henshaw lost her mother earlier today,”
he wrote in parts.
The actress in an Instagram post on Monday confirmed the tragic news, revealing that her mother passed on March 1, 2024.
She added that prayers from her followers would mean the world to her.
She wrote:
“Dear friends and fans. It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my dear mother on Marcy 1st 2024. Your prayers mean the world to me during this difficult time, Please keep my family in your thoughts. REST IN PEACE MUMMY.
“Love, Kate Henshaw.”
