Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has dismissed the allegations of having an affair with Kolawole Ajeyemi, the husband of her colleague, Toyin Abraham.
Anjorin’s denial is coming after popular Yoruba blogger Esabod alleged that the mother of one is romantically involved with Kolawole.
These allegations sparked reactions online, prompting Lizzy to address the situation directly during a Facebook Live session, shared on Instagram on Thursday.
Speaking , actress described the accusations as baseless and outright lies, as she calls the notion of romantic involvement with her colleague’s husband as far-fetched and fabricated.
She went on to discuss Kolawole’s character, describing him as a gentle and unassuming man who she believes would never have the audacity to approach her in such a manner.
Lizzy asserted that Kolawole is not in her league, she emphasisied that she has never had any romantic involvement with any male colleague in the industry.
The 48-year-old actress challenged anyone—be it critics, colleagues, or her staunchest detractors—to present any evidence against her.
Lizzy urged the public to investigate the matter, certain that no proof exists to support the scandalous claims.
According to report, Toyin Abraham and Lizzy Anjorin have been involved in a rift since 2007 until 2022 when Toyin revealed they’ve put their differences aside to embrace peace.
