The Children and in-laws of the presiding bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, better known as Winners Chapel International, David Oyedepo have reacted to the unveiling of the new ministry of their sibling, Isaac Oyedepo.
It would be recalled that Isaac unveiled the Isaac Oyedepo Evangelistic Ministries on Tuesday during a streamed live on YouTube.
During the unveiling, the church’s first vice president, Bishop David Abioye; Pastor David Ibiyeomie, and Pastor Paul Enenche were present at the event.
Bishop David Oyedepo and his wife, Faith, were also present at the event.
The clergyman prayed for his on, Isaac and his wife, Ayomitide, who knelt down to receive his blessings.
The bishop’s children – David Oyedepo Junior, Love and Joyce – and their spouses were seen striking pose for photographs with Isaac and his wife Ayomitide.
Love via her Instagram handle on Wednesday had shared photos, tagging her siblings. She wrote;
“Congratulations to our dearest bro @theisaacoyedepo and sis @ayomitideisaacoyedepo. This is indeed the LORD’s doing and it is oh so MARVELOUS in our sight! Run and never be weary; walk and never faint in Jesus’ name, amen! We’re rooting for you.”
During the ceremony, Oyedepo was heard saying in part,
“As hands are laid on you, I pray for unusual grace for sustainable connectivity that will keep you going without sweat.
“I pray that impact will be your goal not good preaching but great impact and I pray that your life will interpret your message in the name of Jesus.
“As you step into this new phase of your assignment, may you be clothed with humility. I have never begged, yet I have never lacked, I have never borrowed yet I have never lacked.”
Isaac whilst addressing the speculations about his status within the church and his relationship with his father, reiterated his commitment to the church and requested that the public exercise caution when considering information that has not been communicated through his official social media platforms.
He also said that God told him he was taking him to a new phase of evangelistic mission after 14 years of pastoral work.
“Your new phase will be to the now and the next generation,” he quoted God as telling him.
He clarified that the establishment is not a church and that the Living Faith Church Worldwide would continue to be his place of fellowship.
