Veteran Nollywood actor, Ameachi Munogaor has taken to social media to cry out for help following his deteriorating health condition as he is currently battling with kidney disease, diabetes and stroke.
The ailing actor in a video that surfaced social media could be seen struggling to form his words as he appealed to the public for support.
The Anambra-born actor who could barely talk, laid on a bed with the right part of his chest covered with plaster.

He greeted his fans, after which proceeded to ask for support over his illness.
In November, 2023, Amaechi came to the public about his health condition in which he begged for financial support.

The actor disclosed that he has been battling with stroke for the past seven months and needed financial aid.
“I am sick, this thing that is called stroke caught up with me, from there they rushed me to hospital. The first hospital they rushed me to was in Nnewi, where I spent some two months and I was referred to teaching hospital Nnewi and here I am.
“In that set, I was with Emeka Ani, Patience Ozokwo, Rita Edochie and Ebele Okaro, at the end of that moment, I was to enter my car when I was struck with this problem and since then it’s getting worse. Right now I cannot move, I can’t walk on my own. All my half of left is paralyzed, so it’s a problem to me,”
he said in the video.
Amaechi Muonagor hails from Obosi village in Idemili North, Anambra State.
He made his acting debut in the Igbo film Taboo and has been featured in other movies like Peacemaker, Igodo, Ebube, Last Battle, Anambra Women, Evil World, Code of Silence, Aki na Ukwa and Karashika.
