Thought interaction among leaders is the exchange of thoughts to birth unique ideas. Leaders are known to provide answers to different questions that come their way. They are also seen as the people who proffer solutions to societal problems brought to them by people. Through their different exchange of reasonable thoughts as leaders, there’s knowledge and impartation of better insights that brings out the hidden man in them. When leaders meet, it is not for them to start sharing edible packages. Instead, they interact with their thoughts to birth different ideas that would lead to the growth of their organisations or companies.
Leaders are people whose ways of life are very difficult for a layman to understand, most especially when they meet together. It is just like they are having a communion in an exceptional language, but, to them, it’s a normal discussion. It is definitely the power of synergy that makes it possible, but a man without a strong vision cannot last in the fold of leaders because their interaction is geared towards the expansion and manifestation of their different visions. Their joy is that every one among them is progressing, and they can do anything possible to bring their vision to fruition.

When leaders meet with you as their mentee, they would rather bring you words that challenge you than speak enticing words. Years ago, when Dr Myles Munroe(of blessed memory)travelled to the United States, he had an opportunity to meet with the former president of America, who was then a business mogul in America. Donald Trump, yes! You guessed right. They both sat together, and it was time to interact on their thoughts, Myles Munroe asked Trump a question, ‘Sir! What is the secret of your success?’ Trump answered him: failure! Yes, that’s the secret of my success. ‘I have fallen so many times, and I just have to pick up myself, not waiting for anyone to console me, and I moved on.’ This is a very expensive thought interaction, and it’s not a cheap motivation that you can get everywhere. That is the essence of interacting with leaders.
When I read that Alexander the great once asked Aristotle: who his mentor was: ‘How many is one?’ Also, proceeding to get the life transforming answer Aristotle gave him, I was not too surprised by his great success in his time. Thought interaction is an essential need in the journey of leadership.
Tips to Know on Thought Interaction
i. Intellectual Reasoning: Leaders gather together to bring solutions and to cause growth in their Visions. These thoughts are intellectually targeted to bring a transformation, not to start sweet talking or speaking ill of people.

ii. To Birth Ideas: Ideas are the products of our thoughts. The thought of leaders here is, ‘We need a change’ so, any thought that needs to be change-oriented is not recognised; not even seen as a valid contribution. Through these ideas, lives are transformed
iii. To Raise The Giant in You: Thought interaction brings confidence, and even those still nurturing their vision develop greater strength when interacting with leaders.
iv. To Set a Legacy for The Coming Generation: The core value of thought interaction among leaders is to bring a better generation from their leadership. Someone who would lead better, create better ideas, make better transformations, do exceptional things. This is their joy and their targeted achievement.
Therefore, leaders need to interact with their thoughts, but the core value that makes it exceptional as thought interaction in leadership is when it challenges people to make better decisions and get their desired results.
