Justice John Okoro took center stage today at the Supreme Court to deliver the much-awaited judgment on the appeal filed by former Nigerian Vice President Atiku Abubakar and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) challenging the tribunal’s verdict affirming President Bola Tinubu’s victory in the 2023 presidential election.
The spotlight, however, has shifted to the consideration of fresh evidence in the form of documents allegedly obtained from the Chicago State University concerning President Tinubu’s academic records.
